Gary LipskyMr. Lipsky has an extensive background in management consulting as well as corporate finance, investments, and renewable energy. Prior to joining EnergyOne, Mr. Lipsky was a director of business development for Ecron Ethanol, a company developing one of the largest ethanol plants in the eastern US. In this role he was responsible for strategic planning, project management, contract negotiation, and financing for the company. Douglas R. Grossinger, Esq.Mr. Grossinger has a multi-disciplinary background as an investment banker, project developer, Founder and President of multiple United States and international firms in diverse industries, and as an attorney. Initially, as an attorney in New York City, Mr. Grossinger managed the corporate liability programs for various large multinational clients. |
