Previously, Mr. Lipsky worked in a senior finance role at a leading real estate development company. He was responsible for feasibility assessments and structuring complex financial transactions for large scale development projects. These included debt and equity financing, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Mr. Lipsky began his career at Prudential Investment Management working on financial analysis and business planning. Later as a management consultant, Mr. Lipsky advised numerous fortune 1000 clients in the areas of business strategy development, financial operations, and business process improvement. Mr. Lipsky is actively involved in various renewable energy organizations and currently serves on the board of directors of the American Biofuels Council. Mr. Lipsky is a graduate of the RH Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland with a degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship. |







Mr. Lipsky has an extensive background in management consulting as well as corporate finance, investments, and renewable energy. Prior to joining EnergyOne, Mr. Lipsky was a director of business development for Ecron Ethanol, a company developing one of the largest ethanol plants in the Eastern US. In this role he was responsible for strategic planning, project management, contract negotiation, and financing for the company.
