We provide full lifecycle management of energy generating assets for customers such as: Our customers are entities interested in developing, building, owning, operating, or investing into assets (facilities, plants) in the renewable energy industry. Such entities have a realized need/interest in being specifically in renewable energy projects as opposite to projects in other areas of human expertise. Selection of renewable energy as our core expertise, while not too limiting, defines our core set of skills and set of services that we offer. Our typical customers are: Startup Company - typically a new company that is organized for the specific purpose of running and operating the renewable energy facility or a set of similar facilities:
- Startup Companies typically do not have much expertise on anything in-house and tend to outsource most of the professional work to others
- Startup Companies typically look for additional investments and add value by managing the overall process
- Startup Companies typically have little or no cash available at the early stages of the project
Established Business - typically builds a facility in renewable energy outside of its main established course of business to acquire various benefits, which may vary largely from entity to entity
- Large Business knows clearly what it needs from the facility in question; it typically expects certain synergies and benefits from having it in place
- Large Business typically knows well what it does not know and outsources non-core tasks to third parties
- Large Business has money but it has many guards around spending it on the projects, even more so when outside its main business area
Investor - typically invests in renewable energy space to gain above average returns with low risk, as well as complying with pre-determined investment mandate to invest in renewables (socially conscious investments, sector funds, special purpose entities etc)
- Investor typically has highest/toughest standards in making their investment decisions
- Investor typically has the least in-house expertise on anything renewable
- Investor typically feels appropriate retaining outside management team and services
