• Supply and offtake agreements (grain, ethanol, DDGS, carbon dioxide, electric power purchase agreements), service agreements (rail, truck, barge), utilities agreements (water, electric, sewer, natural gas, storm water management & discharge), construction agreements (EPC, owners scope, construction management & supervision); environmental benefits agreements (RINs, RECs, SRECs, carbon credits, SOX and NOX allowances etc)
• Emissions management, greenhouse gases caps and trade, GHG credits and regulations, registration of carbon credits, emission reduction credits, renewable energy certificates, carbon finance instruments, registrations in CDM and JI frameworks and related trading and consulting activities
• Construction management and supervision both for the owner scope and EPC scope of work including in-field supervision, billing, and independent reviews and confirmations of progress reports
• Marketing of the business plan and project package to investors (equity and debt); due diligence work with investors, negotiations of term sheets and definitive contracts depending on clients needs and plans
