We collect and use personal information to assess your suitability for the role. We do not use it for direct marketing or share it with others.
With your consent, we may share your information with third-party suppliers for purposes such as pre-employment screening, obtaining a work visa, or compliance with court orders. We take steps to ensure our agents and third parties suppliers have a documented privacy policy and keep personal information confidential and only use it for the purpose for which they have been authorised.
We rely on some of the exemptions permitted under the GDPR & Privacy Act. For instance, the exemption for disclosing personal information to our related companies.

We place a high priority on the security of personal information., using physical and electronic safeguards like encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection, and video surveillance. These measures are regularly reviewed and tested.
Access is limited to employees who need it for assessing applications, and they follow our Code of Conduct, ensuring confidentiality.
Information storage and security
We will retain your personal information for a reasonable period, based on the region, type of information, and its purpose. If your application is unsuccessful, we may contact you within 90 days about retaining your information for future roles (for up to 12 months). You can manage or delete your candidate profile at any time.
Accessing, updating or erasing personal information
Under GDPR, you have rights to control your personal data, including accessing, updating, or erasing it. We will inform you if your data needs to be transferred to another location. It’s your responsibility to keep your information current for accurate recruitment records. You can access, modify, or delete your candidate record through our Applicant Tracking System.

A personal data breach occurs when personal data is accidentally or unlawfully:
- Accessed
- Destroyed
- Misused
- Lost
- Altered
- Disclosed without authorisation
- Transmitted
- Stored
Processed In case of data breach concerning personal information, we will notify affected individuals as soon as we can.
