Energy One is delighted to welcome Federico Riboni into the role of Head of Trading Operations within its European division.
Federico brings with him more than 15 years of experience in energy and commodity trading. He joins the management team with the responsibility to oversee the European gas and power trading activities, working closely with skilled teams across Energy One’s offices in France and Belgium.
With an international mindset and a multi-cultural experience, Federico will be the key contact for all European trading client relationships, ensuring Energy One maintains its high levels of satisfaction and trust.
Thanks to strong experience in leadership and management, he will also provide strategic input into business development initiatives, focusing on scalability and operational excellence.

Over the last two decades, Federico has gained valuable skills and knowledge through roles with prestigious trading firms with global markets exposure, and his previous positions were held across multiple countries in the key strategic units of Trading, Operations and Internal Audit.
